Exchange Policy

At HH Store, we ensure that every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for you.

Eligibility for Exchange

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are only applicable for defective items or if the wrong product was sent.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 302 646 1689 with your Order ID and a picture/video of the defect. Our courier partner will pick up the defective item and deliver the replacement to your doorstep.
